I am Aoy Wanichkam — a Certified Thai Culinary Instructor in Sofia, Bulgaria

Born and raised in Thailand, I was trained and certified in authentic Thai cuisine, and I have spent years teaching the art of Thai cooking to students who share a love for real Thai flavors.

Aoy Thai Kitchen is my private home project, personally created and led by Chef Aoy Wanichkam — where I prepare carefully curated, limited menus for those who wish to experience genuine, handcrafted Thai recipes, just as I teach them in my classes.
